The Stover Park Board Thursday, May 25 agreed to allow the Stover Fair Board to install a gate across Legion Drive to restrict vehicle access to the park during the Stover Fair.
The fair board had requested approval to sink permanent gateposts on both sides of the park drive, and to hang a temporary gate during the fair, to be stored when not in use.
The park board also discussed the meal it planned to serve to a motorcycle group visiting town approximately lunchtime Saturday, June 24.
Other business included discussion of a new entrance for the park.
A work day was scheduled 1 p.m. Sunday, June 11 at Stover Legion Memorial Park.
